One address reaches the editorial desk, and a person reads it.
What to write to us about
- A factual error on any page. Tell us the page and the claim and we will check it, correct it on the page and date the correction.
- A bonus figure that no longer matches the operator's cashier. These change often and reader reports are the fastest way we hear about it.
- A site you think should be in the ranking, or one you think should not be.
- Press and research enquiries about Florida gambling regulation.
What we cannot help with
- Account problems, withdrawals or disputes at any casino. We are not an operator, we hold no funds and we have no access to your account. Contact the operator's support, and if that fails, the complaints route named in its terms and the regulator in its footer.
- Bonus codes, personalised offers or anything that requires us to act on your account.
- Requests to remove or reorder a ranking in exchange for anything. Asking is grounds for exclusion.
Paid placement
We do not sell rankings, reviews or positions, and we do not accept guest posts. We earn commission on reader sign-ups, which is disclosed at the foot of every page and explained on the how we rate page.
If gambling has stopped being fun
Please do not write to us about that, because a helpline can act and we cannot. The National Council on Problem Gambling runs a free confidential line on 1-800-522-4700, and Florida operates 1-888-ADMIT-IT. Our responsible gambling page lists the self-exclusion tools.
